Update on Domestic and International shipping

Hey Everyone

Quick shipping updates. 

All domestic orders have been shipped. If you did not get a shipping notice, please reach out to us at [email protected]

We are moving on to international orders this week.

International backers please do not ask us for your tracking number until we have completed international fulfillment. When your reward goes out you will be emailed a tracking number. When international fulfillment is complete we’ll post an update and if you didn’t get a tracking number at that point you can let us know.

If you need to contact us please don’d contact us via kickstarter or our social media channels..just email [email protected] and we’ll get back to you.

  If you didn’t change your address, I’m sorry but it’s too late. If you item is returned to us we’ll contact you about a redelivery. 

  If you have any issues with your order, please fill out this form and we’ll contact you once fulfillment is complete.

Since a bulk of the orders have been shipped lets talk about these limited edition figures.

• R.I.O.T. Stealth Pilot - Offered as part of our Trading Card Kickstarter
• Midnight - Free figure with every KS order
• Jack Frost - The mystery figure with ALL IN orders
• Gold Cat - Kickstarter exclusive

These figure were made in extremely limited runs, most around 200 pcs each. We might have a few left over from backers who did not provide payment for their orders. If we do have any left over they will be offered to KS backers 1st at a cost that reflects what other backers paid, but given the very limited nature of these figures I don’t know if we’ll have any to offer at all.

Also, you’ll see an image of the R.I.O.T. Commando - Advanced Infantry Operative figure on the back of the packaging. This was offered to a backer as an exclusive as part of the Kickstarter. The backer as decided to keep this figure for his personal collection and will not be for sale, unlike the Smalljoes exclusives.  We might try to do a updated R.I.O.T. Commando - Advanced Infantry Operative figure, but with a different paint scheme on the helmet and offer it for sale in the future.

We’ll keep ya posted as we make our way through international orders.

Shipping Update

We received our missing accessories and we have started to ship rewards that were missing those accessories. Some of you have received shipping notices already.

As a reminder:

Smalljoes.com Exclusives

As part of the Kickstarter we offered an exclusive figure to backers. Smalljoes.com purchased 2 of these rewards:  Eagle Force Trooper (Wilderness Ops) and the R.I.O.T. Commando (Desert Infantry Ops) figures. These figures are in stock now and very limited.

So before anyone get’s all spun up and asks  “Why did Small Joes get their figures before I did?".. it was because they were a backer just like you. They contributed to this campaign just like you. We needed everyone to contribute so we could get funded. We sent them their rewards just like we are sending rewards out to ALL backers, as soon as we can.

It’s possible they might start shipping their exclusives asap and you could get these before you get your figures from us, even though we are shipping orders as fast as we can.

Sorry if this rubs you the wrong way. We could have held back the Small Joes figures but as a backer we felt we needed to get ALL backers figures out as soon as they were ready. The only exception to this was Big Bad Toy Store. They also contributed heavily to the campaign, but we are holding their stock until our Kickstarter rewards are shipped.

Remaining Stock

Once all fulfillment is complete we’ll be posting all remaining stock on our web store in July. We’ll be sure to post an update with more details as we get closer to that date.

We’ll continue to post updates as we fulfill orders.

Missing Gear update..

Quick update...the pieces have been produced and are in flight. 

We should have them this week, so we can get more orders out starting next week. Boxes have been packed and labeled..we can just drop in the pieces and get them out the door.

Shipping update

We’ve gotten a great responce from those of you who received your orders. It seems many of you have posted images of the special free item that came in your shipment. You can follow this thread on Hisstank.com or post images on the Fresh Monkey Fiction Fans page on facebook to see more.

The factory will be shipping us our replacement parts early next week.  We should have them in about a week, so we can ship orders that have General Brown and Stryker Jr.

Reporting an issue with your order.

If you have any issues with your order please use this form to submit your issue. We’ll be tracking issues via this form and follow up in May once the orders are shipped.

Remaining stock for sale

We’ll be posting our remaining stock for sale on our website in June/July.  If you see anyone ask where they can get Eagle Force figures, please let them know to check www.freshmonkeyfiction.com for all the latest info.

Shipping update and more..

Shipping update

We’ve shipped about 100+ orders so far. If you ordered any of the army builder heads, they’ll be bagged along with the special item we produced that will be included in each order.  The missing accessories for General Brown and Stryker Jr, will also be included with the bagged special item when those arrive in 2 weeks. We’ll reveal the special item once a few more items are shipped.

A quick note, we have a small card in your box as a reminder, but please if you have an stuck joints remember to heat them up with hot water or a blow dryer before you try to adjust the joints, also if you figure comes with goggles, the goggles are made from ridged plastic (thanks TD)  and could break if forced, so please be careful.

Tracking and Contact Info

Again, please hold off on asking for tracking numbers until we have completed all domestic shipments. That said, if you do have a question, please DO NOT contact us via Kickstarter or Instagram or Facebook. Just email us as [email protected] and we’ll get back to you.

Mystery Figure and other odds and ends.

People are curious if the mystery figure is still going to be included in the ALL IN sets…yes, yes he is. We’re going to hold off on revealing him until a bulk of the orders are shipped once the missing accessories come in.

If you ordered a R.I.O.T. Stealth pilot from our trading card Kickstarter, it will be included in your shipment.

If you ordered a custom recruit figure, we’ll be working on those once a bulk of the orders have been shipped and it will be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

There are a few online retail exclusive figures that were a part of this campaign, these figures will soon be shipped to those online retailers and when they are ready to make announcements, we’ll post an update.

JoeFest

We have just secured a booth at Joefest June 26-27, 2021 in Augusta, GA. We will not have figures for sale, but we’ll have our Kickstarter figures on display along with reveals for Eagle Force Classics Kickstarter…. it’s early days, but more to come soon via our social media channels. In the meantime here is a reveal to kick off the Classics line..Eagle Force Classics: Captain Eagle.
